Finding the right employees to meet the demands of your business doesn’t necessarily have to be as challenging as you might think it is. At Lift Temp, our goal is to help businesses just like yours find temporary or permanent forklift operators.

What is the process of placing a candidate?

Forklift Candidates – As soon as the candidate is registered they are presented to the client. The client will usually agree with the recommended placememt within 24-48 hours. Upon successful placement, the forklift evaluation is assigned and completed by the operator. Once completed, the candidate starts their new position.

General Labour – General labourers can be placed as soon as one day post registration.

How long will it take to hire an employee?

Placement for a forklift operator position is typically takes around one week from registration. General Labour positions can be placed within 24-48 hours.
